HOW IT WORKS

Step 1:  Registration

Create your employer account by completing the registration process.

Please make sure you have the following ready:

• Valid Trade License
• Company Logo

These are required to verify your business and create your employer profile.

Step 2: OTP Verification Email

Once registered, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) verification email.

Please check your inbox and, if needed, your spam or junk folder in case the email does not appear in your main inbox.

Step 3: Account Verification

After completing the OTP verification, your account will be reviewed and verified.

You will then receive a confirmation email stating that your registration has been successfully completed.

Step 4: Purchase Your Job Package

Choose and purchase the job package that best suits your hiring needs.

Whether you are hiring for one position or multiple vacancies, we offer flexible options to support your recruitment requirements.

Step 5: Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.

Your selected package will then be activated on your account.

Step 6: Create Your Job Post

You are now ready to create your vacancy.

Simply complete the job post details, submit your listing, and your vacancy will go live for qualified professionals to apply.

Make sure your job description is clear, attractive, and detailed to help attract the right candidates.

Step 7: Managing Applications

Each time you receive a new application, you will receive an automatic email notification.

From your dashboard, you will be able to:

• Review applications
• Approve or reject candidates
• Manage your recruitment process efficiently

If you approve an application, the candidate will automatically receive an email notification.

From your side, you will then need to contact the applicant directly via phone or email to continue the interview and hiring process.

Important Compliance Notice (UAE Regulations)

As an employer operating in the UAE, please ensure full compliance with local labour laws during your recruitment process.

Once you move into direct contact with a candidate, it is important to note that:

• You must not request a candidate’s passport as a condition of application or consideration
• You must not charge candidates any visa processing fees or recruitment-related costs
• Any employment-related visa processes must be handled in accordance with UAE labour regulations and through approved legal channels
