A Beauty Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with selecting skincare, makeup, and beauty products that suit their needs. They provide expert advice, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their beauty needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products
• Demonstrate product usage (makeup application, skincare routines, etc.)
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store/counter
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Promote new launches, offers, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: certification in cosmetology/beauty)
• Prior experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service is an advantage
