Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Stylist to provide professional hair care services to clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hairstyling, up-to-date with the latest trends, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their hair styling needs and preferences Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, trimming, styling, coloring, and treatments Recommend hairstyles and hair care routines based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle Apply hair coloring techniques such as highlights, balayage, global coloring, etc. Perform hair treatments like keratin, smoothening, scalp treatments, and conditioning Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hairstyling Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Upsell salon products and services where appropriate Follow all health and safety regulations Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role Certification or diploma inHairdressing/ Beautician course is preferred Strong knowledge of hair care products and styling techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Creativity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good time management and multitasking skill Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern techniques (balayage, ombre, hair botox, etc.) Familiarity with professional salon tools and equipment Basic knowledge of skincare or makeup (optional but beneficial) Working Conditions: Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays Standing for long hours Interaction with diverse clients Salary & Benefits (Optional to include): Competitive salary + incentives/commission Employee discounts on services/products Training and skill development opportunities.
